Approach

Falfurrias Capital Partners seeks to partner with family business owners, entrepreneurs, and experienced management teams to assist in the growth of their businesses.  After an investment is made by Falfurrias, we work alongside the managers of our portfolio companies to enhance the competitive position and growth potential of the businesses.  However, rather than getting involved in the day-to-day operations of our portfolio companies, we intend to create value through strategic support, capital investment to support growth, and access to our extensive network of relationships with established business leaders and operators.  We are interested in either being the lead investor in transactions or playing an active co-investment role in larger transactions where we can leverage our resources to create value for our partners.  The firm actively targets, but is not limited to, investments in the southern U.S.
